Report a concern

At Malvern HE Partnerships, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of our community. We take all forms of harassment, sexual misconduct, bullying, and discrimination extremely seriously.

If something has happened to you, or you have witnessed behaviour that concerns you, we encourage you to report it. Speaking up helps us support you and take appropriate action to keep our community safe.

This reporting system reflects our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and the Office for Students’ Condition of Registration E6, and forms part of our zero-tolerance approach to harassment and sexual misconduct.

You can choose to report in one of two ways:

Report with contact details

If you feel comfortable providing your name and contact details, a trained member of our team will review your report and contact you directly to discuss next steps, offer support, and explain the options available to you.

Use this option if:

  • You would like to speak to someone about what happened.
  • You want to receive support or guidance.
  • You are considering (but not required to pursue) further action.

  • Submit a report with contact details

Report anonymously

If you choose to report anonymously, we will still review the information you provide and use it to identify patterns, inform prevention work, and improve safety. However, because we will not know who has submitted the report, we cannot contact you directly or provide personal follow-up.

Use this option if:

  • You wish to share information but do not want to be identified.
  • You want to help us understand concerns within the community.
  • You are not seeking individual support or contact.

  • Submit an Anonymous Report
