The definitions provided on this page are for illustrative purposes only and are not a definitive list, there is often overlap between definitions. If you have experienced or witnessed anything that has made you feel uncomfortable you can report it, either anonymously or with contact details. We understand that this section might be hard, but the more information you provide us with, the more action we’ll be able to take. Some of the things to think about are when and where it happened, and what occurred. If you provide names here, we may not be able to take any action if you wish to remain anonymous. However, we will use your report to identify trends and continue to inform our prevention work. If you would like to speak to someone, need direct support or guidance, or would like a formal investigation to take place, please choose to Report with contact details.

This section will ask for some demographic information. We ask for this data so that we can monitor the different experiences of potentially at-risk groups and be able to take more targeted/focused action. It will also allow us to get a better understanding of who is using the tool so that we can build greater trust and reach all underrepresented groups at Malvern HE Partnerships.
